GAME should be ashamed

I called Game store Canal Walk this morning, I was transferred to the appliance department numerous times and the phone does not ring at all. I kept calling back and told the lady do not transfer me because there is no answer. She then puts me on hold and still no luck in speaking to someone. I called back a few times no answer. I then called the N1 City branch (which im still doing as im typing) and there's no answer at all. In total I probably made 15 calls and no luck. Very upset and disappointed GAME!
