Game shop Westgate mall

I bought Bennett iron on January 2026 it cost me R500. On March 2026 the iron went off just like that, I took the iron back to west gate mall Game Shop as it has guaranteed. They said iron it will take 2 weeks to be fixed. Ok I asked do you refund or you exchange to give me a new iron and I can top up money to take another brand if is more than the one I bought? The lady who help me from Bennett brand she said no. So on the 2 week's that you will fixing the iron what must I to use for kids uniform ? She said she don't know. I told her I don't want that iron anymore because I have to buy another iron to use two week's is too much. Bennett products is not quality we three of us returning the same brand. Airfryer and the iron. I already bought the iron the other one is back. What am I supposed to do with the Bennett one? It's only last two months. A new iron just last two months. I can't have two iron.when buy electricity appliances in shoprite and checkers including pick n pay, when you return the appliance they refund but it'sa retailshopjustlike game shop in westgate mall.The protocol and the procedures of the retail shops are not the same.what am I supposed to do with their iron ?
