Game shop 65 bloed str mall

I'm writing a review on behalf of Carlos Ndirarami who bought a Defy 30lt solo microwave on the 7 April 2020. It broke and he went back to game seeing that it is still under guarentee for 2 years. He spoke to Maria who said they will send it on. They sended it to Lategan & van Biljoens for quote for repairs (job card nr - 012227) . On the 3rd of March 2021 Maria phoned (recorded phone call) said that the pc board was damaged by ****roaches. Carlos took the microwave to another repair guy for a second opinion. He said it was the capacitor and charged R264.76 and labour R250 with a total of R514.76. Carlos then went back to game on the 3rd of April 2021 but Maria was not on duty so he had to go back on the 8th of April 2021 and Maria's response was "I'm not a technician ". Carlos then wanted to speak to the manager and the manager was on the phone and when they looked for her again she was no where to be found. ALL CARLOS WANT IS HIS MONEY BACK FOR THE REPAIRS !!!! THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT CLIENTS!!!!
