Game Ships Broken & Damaged Good And Refuse To Replace

Ordered Appliances from Game Online. Received my ordered in batches and at very inconvenient times after arrangements was made for specific times. Microwave arrived and was damaged photos have been send to Gamed Facebook of the box that was undamaged however the appliance was damaged inside. Its been weeks asking for a replacement. I no longer want a replacement I want a refund so I can go by it somewhere else.
