Game Shelly Beach. Zero customer service.

Purchased a TEVO Bennett Read Titan 20 vacuum cleaner. It has already been in 4 times for repairs. Game does not get involved. It is between me the customer and Tevo. It is obvious that this machine is a problem machine. But they won't replace or refund. Not IF, but WHEN it breaks when the warranty is over, I simply have to throw it in the bin.
