Game Shelly beach has no respect for the client

I have a tv I bought at Game in Shelly Beach on the 07-09-2023. So all went well until the 2de of Feb 2024 that the top right corner black spot were forming on the skreen and as the day went on it was growing larger. The 3rd of Feb I took the TV back to Game did the necessary paperwork and sent it off. Game told me that it would take 21 days. My tv cost us R4699-00 I had to phone them to find out what was happening but either the phone never gets answered or they drop the call. It is unacceptable to have that service, so I went in on Monday the 04-03-2024 went in to find out what was happening because of lack of communication and they told me that the screen is cracked which I could not understand and that it would cost me R5000-00 to repair so I asked that they make arrangements to get my TV back with out repairing it. But they had a don't care attitude and the one lady had said that I should just buy a new tv if I'm not happy with the results. As if i have the money just to throw around. I'm not happy with game in shelly beach client service they are rude uncaring and no help just standing there at the service station there were 5 other clients complaining about the service and the fact that they are rude.
