Game, shame on you!

I bought a fridge online for my domestic worker on 1/12/2022 and today is 22/12/2022. After numerous emails and phone calls, they did not come back and I still don’t know what to tell my disappointed employee what is going on. She was so excited but is now crying every day. Bad bad bad service
