Game servicing and repairs are laughable

You responded to my complaint on reference number ***/ cracked lcd on the inside.My problem with Game has still not been resolved, they said that I must pay 2000 rand when the asking price for my tablet was 2500 for the repairs. They didn't even bother to test it and see that the tablet can't charge the way it suppose to also. There was also an *********** employee that said the reason is because it isn't charged. I am really unhappy, they said on the system it said rejected and that they are not going to pay for it, it is my problem and I haven't even had it for more than six months. Why does Game sell bad quality things and when it breaks, they don't want to fix it when its under warranty. Why can't you just replace my tablet, it was bought on credit and is still being paid off and it already broke. They also sent me an sms and said my repair item arrived and ready for collection and now they want me to pay 2000 rand when I went in, I refuse to pay, if this problem is not sorted within the next week I will have to take further action against game stores in zewenwacht so I hope and trust that you will be able to help me so that I can get my thing repaired without paying!
