Game Service - Terrible !!

Campmaster Gazebo 3x4.5:

Last year March 2022, I bought this Campmaster, I used it 1 time only. As the product is designed for camping "Campmaster". We had a wind that came up from nowhere and broke x2 of the pipes. The gazebo was fitted to the ground so it was static. Not happy about the quality???

It was bought online, so I am told to take it back to the nearest Game store, which is Secunda Game.

I am being pushed from pillar to post to try and get my gazebo booked in for audit?? I as the client need to be the man-in-the-middle to get Online Game to talk to Store. Why?

They are having some IT issue to book my Gazebo against the vendor?? Why can they not internally resolve this. I am getting calls from Secunda Game if i have any news for them?? Its not my job..

Now I am being told, I need to possible come and take my Gazebo due to it being there. What service is that?

I drove all the way from Standerton to Secunda. Now i must go back?

Worst Service ever!

My gazebo is still under warranty.
