Game service sucks

Very poor after sales expierence. I bought a freezer from game Pavillion on Sunday delivered on Tuesday has a dent in the front and it does not sit level on the floor. Logged a complaint on Tuesday got 4 phone calls but no collection of the freezer. Was told it was escalated but nothing happened. Made arrangements for someone to be at home to open up my house for the collection of the freezer 2 days in a row as I work from 8 to 5. I am in a jam as food has to be thrown away as I don't have a freezer to use which I purchased on Sunday. loss of income because I have to leave work to open up for collection when ever they decide to come and collect. Man this is really a bad win in trying times absolutely ridiculous. And guess what I cannot switch the dam thing on to freeze my food cause it's against the returns policy in the manual. So I cannot do jack **** until someone decides to collect this freezer. I got a good mind to load all the spoilt food in the freezer and let them collect it. Very pooor service unsatisfied and extremely ****ed of right now. It's a pity I cannot post pics of how much of food I have to throw away because of this. Literally taking food out of my families mouths everyday that passes.
