GAME - SERVICE PATHETIC

i bought a J1 cellphone about a month ago from Game in Cresta. They did not check the phone. I wrapped the phone and gave it as present to my girlfriend.<br> When she unwrapped it, she found the screen cracked.<br> No problem and I took the phone back. The sales person referred me to the costumer care who told me the phone had to be sent back to the supp****. I did the paperwork.<br> Three weeks later I get told to collect the phone. I pitch up there today to found my phone is NOT repaired at all. Some lady on the phone wasted my time by telling me the repair costs (for a bran new phone under warrenty) is about R900. On a question why was I not told this three weeks ago, the reply was I had to first pay in the money before repairs can be done!!<br> They say buy at companies like Game. Stay away, they will do you in somewhere along the line.
