Game service and accounting issues

I have a game account. I had a RCS account same time for loan. Game if you don't spend your monthly pay back more. They even add mobile content to bill which you never get. When you request refund and removal they refuse then want to send it to after deducting over 13months. When the over is ***** than what was paid by you. Even there statements don't add up and payments never get allocated. Then claim to charge you for letters sent yet none received. Then they send all in one day to validate their fees. Don't open game accounts it worse account to ever have. Service bad
