Game sells poor quality and useless products

I bought a travel suitcase from Game Fourways Mall on the 5th of February 2019, cause I was going on holiday on the 6th of February 2019. When I get to my destination I realized that the wheels aren't rolling as I rolled the bag along and there is a slit on the back of the bag. I cannot believe the pathetic and poor quality items game is selling, I spent so much for this bag, and I had to go buy another buy cause I simply could not use this one..

I am utterly disappointed, it really threw me out and put me in so much unexpected costs! Now I have a bag that's a week old and is completely useless to me!
