Game selling poor/damaged Homemark Igia Ceramic Styling Brush

On 13 December 2022 I bought my wife a Homemark Igia Ceramic Styling Brush from Game at Menlyn. About a week later the brush stopped working and didn't switch one anymore. I returned it on 23 December 2022, and Game gave me a voucher for the purchase price and I took another Homemark Igia Ceramic Styling Brush. On my arrival at home my wife tested the new brush to see if it switches on and it did, but she did not have to use it. On the morning of the 24th of December 2022, when she wanted to use the brush, again it did not switch on

I also want to add that in both instances the boxes in which the devices came were damaged and torn and it appears like they (Homemark/Game) are selling the damaged device as if they are working even though they might be aware that it is not

This is a very poor product and I would not recommend anyone buy it ever.
