game selling damage products

i bought a 32 inch TV from game westwood mall took its home unpack its put on and its did not work took its to game 2 days later they said need sent its for repairs because the inner screen is damage then i had to back to game 10 days later they didn't call to info me that the TV is back then they said i must R3000 to get the TV fix.because they check the TV and its was working but when i purchase the TV the sale person didn't show me that the TV was working that mean game sold me a TV that does not work which is unacceptable because its was within 7 days Game stores are selling damage item to there customer and then lie that they check the item and its working why dont they show the customer that the item is working
