Game Secunda - Bad client service; Samsung washing machine

I am not happy with the service that I received at Secunda Game. I bought a washing machine on Friday 28/02/25 from a guy and he recommended that I should buy Samsung as it was on stock. I paid cash and qualified for a free delivery, he told me that the machine will be delivered Saturday or latest Monday 03/03/25. I called yesterday 03/03/25 to do a follow up and I was that the product will be delivered before the end of the day. No one called to tell me what was the hold up. I called again today and they are telling me that the delivery for Secunda is done by the "online" guys who are coming from "Johannesburg" which doesn't make sense even financially on the company side. I am unhappy as I paid for my product in full and I need to use it, instead of getting an honest feedback in terms of what is the issue, they are lying to my face.

I have to use my own airtime to follow up as no one bothers to update me. I will never buy from this company again and I will tell everyone that I am close to, to never waste their money as they will never be treated well.
