Gamè secunda are useless a d untruthfull

Game has big sign to guarentee products. They do not even cover it. They have the odacity to say they only sell the product. After use of 1 month our lawn mower s wheel broke off a d a ove the blade the part broke because the blade hit the ground when the wherl fell off. They refuse the repairs as theydo not cover the blade...we have to pay for the repairs. Our problems started in january. It was a christmas gift bought on 23 dec 2020. My son had the slip. He was mov8ng in march but had moved temporsly in a small place putting all his stuff in storage.. the slip could not be produced when we took the lawnmover back in janyary. Game refused to help us. Even though we had the proof of purchase on the credit card receipt and excact date. . Game said they will request a slip from goodness now ehete. Up to today we heard nothing... then end of april we found the original slip and went back with the lawnmower. Now they want us to payfor the repairs... it is now 5 months layer. They are a. Bunch of *********** croo ks. They aslo would not call the manager even when decently tewiested. Never NeverEVER BUY FROM GAME. THEIR PROMISES MEANS NOTHING AND THEIR GUARANTEE ON PRODUCTS DOES NOT EXIST. P
