Game samsung tv screen cracks too easily

At Game greenacres a Samsung 49inch tv bought 6th june.when it was put up the screen cracked with slight pressure in the corner..7th june 9.30 i took it back ..the screen was hardly touched and should never have cracked..the manager and sales assistant in tv dept said it happens all the time thats why i had signed a slip the day before saying there were no cracks on screen.i would never have bought this useless tv if i knew it would crack so easily. All our savings went on this ******* item.my kids are very upset.stay away from game and be careful with tv screens use padded gloves.absolute *******. Sincerely paula murray
