Game sales consultants is extremely disrespectful to elderly people and is delivering damaged goods

My mother a 62 year old women,bought a fridge at game cash and was disrespected by their staff because she wanted to know their delivery guys names which was also very disrespectful towards her. What type of employees are they hiring that cannot respect elderly people?? Only because they delivered a damaged fridge, disguised by their services and we not going back there anytime soon.
