Game Sales Consultant Allowed *****ster to make a huge purchase without following procedure

On the 28th of November 2025 my bank card was ****** and used at Game Thohoyandou to purchase phones totalling an amount of R49997.03 Upon realising that my card is missing I contacted my bank and cancelled the card and opened a case with the SAPS. When I enquired about the *****ulent purchase with the store, I was told no identification process was followed as set out by the South African law that emphasise that all cell phone sales must done upon full verification of the buyer i.e. a customer must produce identification documents and proof of address.
