Game SA Tradh service

I want to complain about the trash service I received from The Game store in Vosloorus. I bought an empisal sowing machine in the first week of October 2020 and within a week it had broken down. I took it back immediately to get fixed or swapped and was told it would take 7 working days, it was only two months later when I got it back and then it broke down again almost immediately. I’ve hardly used this machine and am not happy with the customer service, they claim to be fixing this machine and everytime it comes back it’s as if there’s been no difference. It takes time and money to be going up and down to this store to enquirer to try and get help, I’ve sent it back twice already and when I went to go pick it up today they don’t have the machine on their system, the kind lady at the customer care booth was really trying by all means to help but was unable to locate my machine on their system, was unable to give me any kind of indication as to where the machine is at or when to expect it even though I’d received an sms from game that my machine was ready for pick up. They won’t even give me a refund, this is absolutely disgusting customer service and I won’t be going back to buy any of their products!!!
