Game SA terrible service!

I ordered a phone online. The next day I received an email telling me that the order is on its way to me. A week later I had not received the package. I sent a follow up email, and the next day I get a call that the item is out of stock, having been in stock when I ordered it, and that they will try to contact other stores to check if they have it, as if I ordered from a specific store! I called the customer service and they told me they will have to refund me, but they will give me a call in 3 days!
