Game Rustenburg : Absolutely shocking service, product quality and ******ion of pensioners.

My father, who is 89 years old, went to to the Game store in Rustenburg (Waterfall Mall) and purchased a brand new Hisense refrigerator. He continued to pay for delivery and went back home to wait for them. Upon their arrival, they asked him, again, he is 89, if he could assist them in removing the fridge from the truck and to move it into the house.

After the fridge was delivered, still nicely enclosed in a box, the driver of said delivery vehicle, then requested that my father give him an additional R50, as he has to get extra labour to assist him with the delivery, and patiently stood in the kitchen until he went and fetched the money for him.

After the delivery vehicle left, my in-laws started removing the box, only to find that the fridge has several dents and scratches, from the door to all the side panels.

The entire experience has been alarmingly horrible, from the lack of service in store, to having to assist with the removal of the fridge all the way to ******ing funds from a pensioner, it's simply unacceptable.

Would not recommend anyone make use of this particular store.
