GAME running a Mickey mouse business

Today mark exactly 2 months since I logged a return of a defridgerate that i bought for my mother as a Christmas present, It was was delivered on the 22nd December,same day I lodged a return ,because i was not happy with the product. Never been so disappointed and angry with the service rendered by Game online ..What a Mickey mouse business , So Game is saying to me no consultant can assist to resolve my case or my complaint ,a mere return vele ? The excuse you giving that you called me and I did not pick up my phone is bull**** ,come with another excuse .I will not use this fridge until you come and pick this up and refund me my full money or this issue will be hand to my lawyers ,as I am tired of the same shiit I've been receiving,your service sucks ,I expect this from small company not you .I am giving you until the 28th February to send a driver and pick this thing of yours ..
