GAME Rosebank poor service

Went to purchase a TV at Game in Rosebank. Was being forced to buy a Samsung TV as salesperson didn't want to recommend anything else. The Samsung TVs were playing HD videos while the other brands were playing dstv of the old dstv decoders with no HDMI. Feel like they are failing to promote other brands and giving customers no options. We want to see the picture quality before we purchase something but why only promote one brand? Is it all Game stores that do this? Really disappointing.
