Game rosebank manager

Game rosebank manager refused to refund me after I purchased a faulty bicycle which caused me to fall off twice within 4 days because of the chain. This was only 2 weeks after purchase. He displayed no regard for my safety or right to my money. Terrible culture of customer care. Will not be returning to Game any time soon and will be sure to tell me friends and family.
