GAME ROSEBANK
Bought a 75inch skyworth TV at game rosebank. They sold us a broken TV, dealing with game rosebank for a refund has been a nightmare. We even took an extended warrenty on the TV and game refused to pay us back on that. All Game's standards has dropped. No one should waste their time shopping or purchasing any appliances or tvs from Game. Thier service is pathetic. The manager at game rosebank attitude stinks.

29 Jan 2025, 10:58Dealing with Game has been the worse. They have refunded my money on the TV..... I had to go back twice for my refund as last week they were told I would come in store on Saturday to collect my refund.... When I got there the manager had attitude and said he don't have the money... I don't think you guys know petrol is expensive who must compansate for my up and downs to game?? I will never walk into any game store ever again!!! Even the guy that took out the insurance on the TV..... Insurance was taken out on both tvs purchased on 21st Dec..... Passed Saturday he said only 1 TV had insurance..... Please deal with your stuff......
