Game Rodebank Mall Poor Service

Game Rosebank Mall - Such poor service, been waiting more than 2 weeks to get a defective fridge sorted out. Been to the store 5 times. I have to follow up with them the whole time and when I do they ask me the same info I have already given them which either means that they haven't submitted the paperwork to sort it out with the supplier. They just don't bother. I haven't experienced such poor service from a large retailer in my entire life!
