Game robs pensioners

Dear Game, my mom is a pensioner and on Wednesday you claim to offer a 10% discount for senior citizens. She made a purchase yesterday at Game in Trade Route Mall with her government pension money and was not given the 10% discount. Today I took her back to get this amended and they told her they do not offer it and she must come back next week Wednesday only. It is really sad how your staff treat pensioners and you not willing to refund them to correct this. Please may you urgently make contact with me to rectify this or else I will escalate further for ********* practice.
