Game robs its online customers

I bought a tumble dryer from Game online on the 8 May 2020 on the 27th of May they emailed me saying they have canceled my order and they are giving me a refund which should reflect in my account within 14 days after many emails and calls to them I have still not received my refund and its 2 months later. The service delivery is pathetic.
