Game River Square

I went to Game store in River Square over the weekend to go and purchace some stuff for the home and for my mother which has been hospitalized for Covid since the beginning of March and still in hospital, she told me to get some stuff on her Game account as she is unable to do it herself, so I did as she asked and they refused to let me use her card as I have her ID everything with me, they will only allow purchase when she is with (not possible), a week earlier we used her card at Builders warehouse Vaal, we explained to them the situation and had no problem at all with the purchase. So Game has no humanity for helping a customer when in need, (you are also part of the RCS group as Builders, and they had the humanity to help).

I will never support them again.
