Game - *******

We bought a Ryobi lawnmower from Game Menlyn in October 2020. In March the lawnmower broke and we took it back to Game, less than 6 months after date of purchase. We waited almost 2 months for feedback. Game refused to refund, repair or replace the lawnmower unless we pay basically the price for a new lawnmower. We have been loyal Game clients for years and has made almost monthly purchases from over the years. It is extremely disappointing how we have been treated. I will never buy from this store or chain again and I would advise anyone against it. They are only good for simple buys that do not need guarantees. Shameful!
