Game Richards Bay poorly managed

I’ve visited Game in Richards bay this past weekend and bought a chainsaw from the discounted goods, advertised as “up to 60% off”. First I had to look for someone to help me with a price for the drilling machine & chainsaw I wanted to purchase because the customers scanner was not working, when I eventually found help from a lady who was so rude and shouted accross the shop at another woman who was busy cleaning floors while I was trying to explain to her that I was looking for a price for the two items. She told me to wait. Another woman came to assist me and told me I can not take the drilling machine because it’s not working, I asked why it was there if they knew it was broken, but she never rep****, just looked at me and laughed. She then told me I can take the chainsaw and gave me a price. I paid for it and when I got home and opened the box, the chainsaw was disasembled and some parts was broken and some missing. I don’t understand how they can have broken items up for sale. This should not be tolerated. This shop is poorly managed an taking chances not to mention the staff that is ill-mannered.
