GAME RICHARDS BAY IS ATROCIOUS

I have had an issue with my washing machine Since March this year (2019) It is still under the extended warranty with Game Richards bay. We have been calling and dealing with 1 specific warranty woman (I will not mention her name, as I am sure if she reads this she will know who she is) Who is the most ***********, lazy person I have ever met in my life..... Since March 2019 we have been trying to get a technician out to fix the problem, the tech came out Last month (July 2019) ONLY "fixed" the problem and the issue came back 2 days later. When we reported it again they said they would inform head office as the Technician said he can no longer fix the problem it needs to be replaced. This woman does not even have the decency to call me with an update on the machine. Not that she has spoken to head office, not that she is waiting to hear back, not that the technician is coming out NOTHING!!!!! She never returns my calls, even though she answers my calls approximately 4 times a week and says she will call me back with an update, I am therefore assuming she does not know how to use a phone! I got hold of her again today and she "tried" transferring me to her manager because after all these months after EVERYTHING she has not even brought his problem to her managers attention and this is MASSIVE problem!!! The Customer service in this branch is atrocious. I use Game Richards bay for ALL my lodge appliances and have 2 fully inclusive lodges running, although this machine in question is my personal one I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN, you have officially lost out on a loyal client and all those who know me, Game Richards bay will never be recommended by me. PS: How does someone with absolutely not customer services s****s get employed in a position such as this, it should be given to someone who can actually do the job!
