GAME REWARD THIS LADY FROM YOUR CAPE GATE BRANCH

A while back I went to the customer service counter to renew my RCS card. What an experience. The most wonderful lady named Dana,originally from Jeffrey's bay, was the lady at the counter. She is the most wonderful, adorable and friendly person I've came across in a long time. My card was issued and activated without any hassles. She took so much joy and pride in doing her job that it was a pleasure waiting on my card. Massmart must keep this lady on their employment, because her value is worth in gold. She needs to be in management to teach others the values of treating customers. Well done Dana
