If I could give Game negative - 5 stars I would. Their customer care is a joke. I purchased a washing machine from them weeks ago and have been following up with them almost on a daily basis since to arrange an exchange/refund. By the time they arranged to have it collected, the other washing machine I wanted to exchange it for was sold out. Since then, I’ve just been following up on a refund.
