Absolutely shocking service from Game Retail Parl - East London. After 40 minutes of waiting for service and speaking to the manager directly, we did not receive any help. They appear to be more concerned with internal conflicts opposed to consumer satisfaction. Highly disappointed and WILL NOT be supporting this branch in future. Absolutely shocked!
