Game refuses to pay me my money

I ordered my daughters bike as a Christmas present. Ordered it on 26 Nov 2021. They took my money and **** to me the entire December long till now they did not deliver. Theybare disgusting together with every single customer agent i have spoken to both email team and call center. Every interaction with them they say we will revert to you shortly. They refuse to give me my money.
