Game refuse to assist with refund

I bought this Proline laptop on the 19 October 2022 eish Cash R3000 however the laptop is slow looses battery power quickly and the adaptor and laptop start to get hot after awhile so toady I went to take it back I have the slip plus the original packaging haibo they told me they can't refund it I asked to speak to the manager the saleslady just said the manager will tell you the same thing so I said I use the laptop for work purposes I need the money back to buy a new one they actually refused the manager didn't even come to the floor haibo what happened to good customer service .
