Game Refund.

On the 11th of May 2020 I bought 7fin oil heater from Game, a few days later I received an email notifying me I will be refunded. Two months later I'm yet to receive my refund of R625.00. After countless emails, Facebook messages and calls I was told my money was processed on the 16th of June. Xolelwa faith(mass discounts) assured me I will receive my refund with 3-5 working days after refund was processed. 14 days later after a follow-up email Tamlyn Lockman(mass discounts) asked for my June statement which I provided and to this day no reply back yet. I don't know what **** Game is running. I am very disappointed with their service. I will never buy from Game again.
