Game refund
Good evening, my name is Monicah Moteme. On the 29th of October I placed an order of stove and oven ( ********** 06 order number)on gameonline. On the 6th of October the order was supposed to be delivered, but I decided to cancel the order. On the 8th of October I received an e-mail that said my order will be refunded within 14 working days. Since that date I haven’t received anything concerning the refund. The whole of past week I have been calling game online customer care, all the consultants have been telling me that they will make a follow up concerning the refund and they will get back to me via email, nothing was done, even today the 20th of December, I made a call the lady that I spoke to promised to call me back after she spoke to her manager, but as always, I didn’t receive anything. Please help me I need my money back.

24 Dec 2018, 10:27I guess 24 hours haven’t passed. Like always the reply is you will get back to me within 24 hours. What is so difficult to check what is going on with the repayment? Or must I just accept that I won’t get my money back? Or should I take this to Twitter?
