Game refund

Can somebody assist me to get refund from Game account... I paid 1000 into Game account last year July 2022 via Capitec bank EFT,to my surprise i got penalties,i requested explanation, they said my money hasn't allocated into RCS account and i should go to Capitec and request prove of payment of which i did...they gave me their email address and watzup number to sent the prove of payment of which i also did but still, they keep on saying i should go back to capitec bank they should give me account number wher the money landed... So im now tired of going back and forth😞...Game is a no go area guys,they treat their customers so bad...so i need assistance cos i can't give up on my hard earned R1000 is too 💔
