Game Red's mall R8 water more important than a human

I was disgusted the lack of empathy and humanity at the staff and management of this store.

While shopping with my family this afternoon 28 April around 5:45pm , please pull the CCTV store footage.

By the tills there was lady choking badly and you could see she was in distress something was wrong. Everyone at the tills went on like nothing is wrong, I ended up hitting her on the back so she could cough out whatever was blocking her airway.

When we got to the till the floor manager was too busy doing overides and couldn't care less about a customer that could potentially die in the store. The same floor manager said "give her water from the fridge but she needs to pay it R8" my family and I were fuming because it's R8 and you are more worried about R8 than a life. She still continued to say "we are a still a store afterall".

A ****a in the Kazi would have sorted the choking lady first and even gave her R8 water for free.

We offered to pay for the water After freedom day and experience this?

Your staff needs to trained to be humans and value people.

We disgusted by the level of ignorance and not caring from the store as a whole.

GAME MUST NOT COME BACK WITH ITS COVID, CANT HELP PEOPLE BECAUSE MAJORITY OF THEIR STAFF WEAR MASKS AND NOSES ARE EXPOSED.
