Game - Really pathetic service

I have purchased a projector for my sons birthday. 2 weeks later they delivered tiles to my house which was not mine. I continuously contacted them for more than 200 minutes on the line with there people and every time they tell me they will come back and never does. Luckily I later got hold of a manager who really assisted me but again that is were it stopped. My sons birthday is today still no projector or any feedback when will they pick up the tiles and bring me the projector. I really have been trying to be understanding the situation but really they are just pathetic. I send them mails regarding a refund but still also no reply. I am a game customer for many years but this was really the last time I will support there online platform never had this with Takelot as well as the customer service centre is just a waist of time. Hopefully Game will come back to me now after I gave them a chance to fix their issues but did not.
