Game really knows how to break hearts

I placed an online order on the 1st of May for my daughter's birthday on the 15th May and today is the 14th of May and I still haven't received my order. I'm getting stories from them with their courier Wumdrop and now I need to call both Game and Wumdrop like crazy. I really want that bike its not like I owe it as it's been fully paid and I don't understand why by now I haven't received the order. They not even giving me an option of giving the current delivery guy the bike and then they'll take back the bike from the previous delivery guy. Now my daughter's birthday celebration will be dry without an order that I placed on the 1st of May
