Game RCS your communication suck

Today I went to put in petrol at the Engine garage the nice man assisted and then told me I have to insert a pin I told him I don't have a pin as they always just swipe the card he tried x3 I then had to call as I had no cash hence me using the card .I called Game only for them to inform me I have to collect a new card and that I LL recieved the pin with the new card ...why I'm so upset is the fact that no communication was received from game or a sms to say pls collect why do they ask for your email and cell number if they can't use it to communicate with their customers .Game embarrassed me and on top of that I have to drive out petrol to collect the new card go back to the Engine to swipe card so the petrol can be paid for thankfully the Engine manager had way more care for me as a customer ...Game this was the worse experience ever I'll pay this account finish and close it you just lost a customer .
