Game RCS Worst service ever

NEVER EVER join the game rcs account. they are so quick to harass you with phone calls and wanting you to join their account card. ive had an account with them and settled the account in april 2016. I tried to do a application for car finance and the Game still reflected on my profile as not up to date and behind. I've phoned them to sent me a proof that the account was settled and said it would take up to 24hours. after a numerous amount of calls after waited for the 24 hrs tat to pass, still no feedback. When I called again they have excuses that it has been sent and the next consultant tells me it hasn't been sent and I should wait another 48hrs for the system to generate paid up letter. this is the worst service ive had with any credit company. Think twice before you apply for a Game card.
