Game RCS. Very bad accounts department.

I have had an account with Game for about 9 years and had no problem with my payments. Lately I get bombarded with calls and sms's that I am in arrears and I must pay and send proof of payments and and and. I have spent so much money on calls to different numbers. I get told they will look into it and call me back. The supervisors promised to call me back. But never. I am sure that my account is being loaded with interest. Of course I don't get an account. I do pay every month, more than is required. Please help!!!
