Game - RCS - Pathetic Service with cloning of card at Game

I have never experienced such atrocious service from Game - RCS, My game card was cloned at a Game store Pavilion Mall in March, I reported this to RCS and the service received from them to solve the issue was painstaking. Until now the matter is not resolved yet this was escalated to senior management - store operations Manager. Their system is opened to ***** being easily accessible and they have a no care or interest to the customer who has to experience such an ordeal. I have asked for my account to be closed due to their inefficiencies and till date its not done. This makes one wary to ever consider applying for a store card through RCS as i am one of the many that this happened to. If such occurrences can happen in a Game store with a Game card , this leaves you as a victim and a no care attitude from management. My card was cloned for an amount more than my credit allocation and i was forced to pay the interest on my account despite being told to hold any payments and purchases by their staff. There was no urgency and still there is none to have my issue resolved. Never again will i use any card at a Game store or have any dealings with RCS. Such Incompetanance and a huge security risk to a customer. SHOCKING
