Game RCS never bothers to communicate

So Game RCS is quick when they are setting you up for credit but after that consumers are on their own. I emailed to ask why they debit me on the day I did not choose, no response, because they feel they can do as they please on my account? Clearly theo mbudsman needs to hear this then, emails are ignored. Warning other people to not even bother with Game RCS, you will have a headache.
